Japanese Replicas - Japanese WWII Arisaka Bayonet

Named for Colonel Nariakira Arisaka, leader in the development of the Arisaka rifles, this item is a replica of the bayonet used by Japanese troops. These bayonets were generally used on Arisaka Type 30 Rifles, the standard rifle for Japanese troops from 1897 and throughout WWII. The quillon on this bayonet is hooked, a common style of the18 different patterns manufactured, and boasts an authentic wooden grip. The blade is steel, features a blood groove, and averages the same length (approximately 20 inches) of those used in the Japanese infantry.
